Kelly Stainback-Tracy


Kelly Stainback-Tracy
is an Instructor at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center in the Department of Pediatrics/JFK Partners.  At the Haven, Ms. Stainback-Tracy is the Child Development Specialist for the Harris/Haven Program. In this role, she provides consultation to mothers and child care staff to promote child development. Her areas of expertise include child development, motor development, infant massage, and breastfeeding. Ms. Stainback-Tracy received her undergraduate degree in physical therapy from the University of North Carolina School of Physical Therapy and her Master of Public Health with an emphasis in maternal and child health from the University of Washington. In 2004, she completed a Mid-Career Fellowship in the Irving Harris Program in Child Development and Infant Mental Health at the University of Colorado Denver. Ms. Stainback-Tracy has over 12 years of experience providing early intervention and consultation for children with special needs and their families in clinical, home, and community settings, including child care. Currently, she teaches a course on consultation in early childhood settings for the Harris Program at the University.
